Our experienced instructors will guide you through the steps to create your own sexy routine, culminating in an end-of-year performance. And don’t worry, if performing isn’t your thing, you’re more than welcome to just enjoy the class as a great workout and a fun way to express yourself. All abilities are welcome and no experience is required. Come learn something new and feel confident and empowered.
